Niko first meets Patrick (Packie) McCreary at the apartment of Elizabeta Torres in Bohan, when Mallorie takes Niko there to ask Elizabeta to give him some work. Packie is discussing a drugs deal with Elizabeta and she asks Niko to oversee the deal and protect Packie. Niko and Packie seem to hit it off straight away. This mission, the Luck Of The Irish, is Niko and Packie's first mission together.
