On the left side of the north-west map there is an uncharted island. Sail up and down until you find it. One there, a gossip stone will give you a riddle involving the island, which is shaped like a whale. You will need to examine certain stones in order. After that, a tunnel will open where you can go in and speak to the frog. Hope that helps. This was all done from memory so it might be a little off.
