ok get your game and put it in the gba game slot on the ds. then when you have Pokemon diamond or pearl and fire red turn on your ds. then in the starting screen where it says contineu game and new game there should be a spot that says "migrate Pokemon from fire red" click that and choose 6 Pokemon you want to migrate. they cant be sent back and you can only migrate when you gte the national dex. then go to pal park and you can catch them... pal park is below the town with the professors lab...
