Migrating Pokemon requires a GBA Pokemon game (fire red, leaf green or aqua blue), a Nintendo ds, and Pokemon diamond or pearl for ds. You must first beat the ds game, then simply insert the GBA game and DS game simultaneously. When you start up choose the DS game and the start screen will say "Migrate from Leaf Green, Fire Red, etc.)It will take up to six Pokemon from your PC box, so be sure to store your Pokemon before transferring them. Finally,You then must go to the pal park and get some safari balls. You will encounter your Pokemon in the park, so set your most powerful Pokemon as the leader and it should be a snap.
first of all you have to have a Pokemon game boy game to put in the game boy game slot. Next you have to have gotten the national pokedex. finally you have to go to down through the water near the place where dawn lives.go along that water route and you will hit land and then go through all the grass and walla! th building is there. remember to migrate the Pokemon in the main screen before going to the island and later on you can fly there.
All you have to do is complete the National Dex. Here's what I recommend to fill it up fast. You just have to SEE every Pokemon, not catch it like in earlier games. Battle every Trainer you see. Talk to everyone. Some people may have a picture of a Pokemon. Good luck!
once you unlock the ability to go into pal park, you must have a gameboy advance Pokemon game, im not sure exactly which ones. you go into pal park and they tell you to choose 5 Pokemon to release into the park, after you release them, you go into the grass and search around the park for the Pokemon, and catch them.
after you get the natonail dex, save and turn off the game.put in saphiire.when you do a new button will say "migrate from saphirre" then choose the Pokemon and go to pal park.
I'm terribly sorry to inform you that that action is I'm afraid, impossible.

Once you have opened the Pal Park in Pokemon Platinum, you can migrate Pokemon from Emerald (or any other GBA Pokemon game) to Platinum. The Pokemon you migrate can not be migrated back and they can only be captured in the DS game via the Pal Park
there are 2 ways. first, migrate it. second insert the fire red and Pokemon platinum, then on Pokemon platinum go to route 201 or 202 and you would be able to catch it without migrating it.
