How do you mod cars in san Andreas ps2?

Go on the start menu, then press X on the map, you'll go closer. Now! you press X again then it shows you a key, then you see which key is used for the mod garage. Then press X again to get out of the key, then search for a Mod garage near your house (not in another area which gives you **** stars. YOU'LL DIE) then get a low rider car called:

- Savanna

- Blade

then drive it to the Mod garage then you can start modifying.
