To mod Oblivion for the PC, you will need a program that can open Zip files (7Zip, WinRAR, etc.). Once you have the mod downloaded, you need to unzip all the files and extract them into a folder (name doesn't matter). Now open up 'Run', found in the start button. Then type in 'C:\Program Files\Bethesda Softworks\Oblivion\Data' That will take you to a folder, you then need to copy all the files from the mod into this folder. When this is done, you can run oblivion, but instead of clicking 'play', you click 'data'. There should be an option called 'Oblivion.esp' and another option with the name of your mod. Check the box with the mod you want to use, and you're done. A good website for Oblivion mods is 'TES Nexus'.
you dont you can only mod teso on the computer
its not available for the ps3 or xbox, just the computer where you have to download it as a mod.
There are no dragons in Oblivion unless you mod them in.
It is a mod or a download.

By adding a mod such as the Color Map Mod
The Kvatch Rebuilt mod can be found at the Oblivion Nexus.

You can't mod the console versions of Oblivion. Sauron's Armour is something added by a mod on the PC version.
I have had similar problems. I simply opened my Oblivion file folder and simaltaniously opened/extracted my Mod File (onto my Desktop) and copy/pasted them directly into the Oblivion Data files.
nothing but the mod and all its content is removed from game
