filly uninstall including registry references and before new install check that you have the minimum specification computer to run the application. Check that you have a legal copy of teh application as the "phone home" software will block illegal licenses
Most are free model builds often by enthusiasts. These can be found in many simulators sites across the net.
The onboard games spy is now redundant. Consider the new 2017 Steam model or sign up and join on line flight communities such as Ivao, vatsim etc
No. But it would be awesome if it were. If you have Microsoft Flight Simulator FSX you can purchase a flight model of this fictitious Helicopter from Nemeth Designs. Its a fantastic model that has a fully articulated ducted fan control system. Great fun to fly and watch the replays of your flight!

A simulator is a very exact full size model of a cockpit, but instead of control surfaces, the controls operate hydraulic rams that move the simulator. Windows have screens that show realistic scenes and radios are connected to a test station. The purpose of all this is to train pilots to deal with tricky and dangerous situations in a safe environment, rather than an expensive aircraft.
Its not a default model (sim object). It can be downloaded as as add on model from freeware and pay ware sites. Note. Freeware may not have the refueling capabilities only flight dynamics
if you are asking about a real aircraft you need to check the POH (pilots operating handbook) - each aircraft is different, even of the same model which is why each plan is carefully tested to determine its v speeds, and those speeds are listed in charts in the unique POH for each aircraft - the POH is required by law to remain in the aircraft at all times and should be used only for that aircraft as the info is diff for each aircraft now if you ask about a MS flight sim aircraft and you cant find them in the included documentation, you can find most of them in the aircraft.cfg file - locate it by going to ...program files/microsoft games/flight simulator/aircraft, then find the folder for your aircraft, open it and find the file called aircraft.cfg - open it in word pad, its a text file and find the section called performance and it should list most important v speeds for use in the flight sim
