Click on the number (left-hand edge) of the row to be moved to highlight it. Right mouse click and choose Copy from the menu that appears.
Right mouse click again and click on Cut to delete the data on the old line.
Click on the number of the new row to highlight the new row.
Right mouse click and choose Paste to put the copied data onto the new row.
Press the Escape key (Esc) to come out of the process.
