The 4 wrong ones are the only ones that will move.
To Move Them
They all will go clockwise from their wrong positions : the middle one at Upper Left goes to the right at Upper Right, that one goes to the right at Lower Right, that one goes to the middle Lower Left, and that one goes to the middle at Upper Left.
Where They Go (if out of order)
Sunrise - upper right wing
Violin player - lower right
Three people - lower left
Abstract cat - upper left

click on a painting, and it will either come into your hands if it is one of the mixed up paintings,or your guy will say,"i think this belongs in the right place"
You have to do a specific order.
you have to match the paintings by the stlye it is made. The ones you can't move belong in that catagory. Hope this helps.

The paintings in the wrong groups are the two center paintings in the left wings, and the two right side paintings in the right wings.These are the only 4 you can move. Take each of the four to the wing that is clockwise from where it is hanging.(upper left --> upper right --> lower right --> lower left --> upper left)
To "scoot" the chair backward, place your mouse cursor to the right of your player and drag across to the left. This will move the chair left.

The security guard lets you into the museum to apply for the job. The assistant curator wants you to move some paintings to their proper place in the four wings. You can only click on the four paintings that are in the wrong places (one in each wing). If you stop in the middle of this process, and go elsewhere in the museum, the paintings all go back to where they were, and you must start again with the assistant curator conversation.
