If you are in Windows Seven (The names of open windows aren't beside them on the taskbar), then just click and hold the top of it and move your mouse in the direction you want to move it. If you are using Vista or an earlier version, you have to make sure the button beside the X only has one square in the top-left corner. If it doesn't, click it first.
To move a dialog box, point you mouse to the top bar of the window and hold down the left mouse button. While holding down the left mouse button, move to the window to where you want it and release the mouse button.
Right click the toolbar and uncheck the lock the toolbar.. And drag it anywhere on your desktop
