How do you name a fish?

Fish are named by scientists called Taxonomists who place the fish into their family groups and classify them. They have specific things to look at (research) such as scale counts, fin shapes, body shapes and lots of other identifying characteristics like DNA to go by and then after they make their decision and name the fish there are sometimes more checks that require more name changes.
