You cannot change the name of your apartment. You can only change the name of your house(s). To change the name of your house, click on "Your House" at the bottom of the game screen (just above the "Enter Your Chat Message Here" box). This opens the "Home Settings" window where you can type in the new home name as well as set the house as your "Default Home". Once you're done editing this information, click the "Save Changes" button. You may want to refresh the game or wait a day for the update to take effect (if Yoville is being glitchy).
