fhng dont no ANSWER: first you gotta beat the elite 4, then when you do that, fly to pacifidlog town. surf east and search the north rocks where the water ends, there will be an entrance but you kind of have to zigzag through the rocks to get there. when you find it go in. (make sure you have a mach bike) from here it gets hard, use the bike to go over the broken floor, but you can't step on it twice or you'll fall. then you will have to restart again. anyway that is where you also find rayquaza.

∙ 13y agoAfter you beat Sootopolis City there is a sailor guy who used to be the old gym leader of that city. He tells you to go to the Sky Pillar because Kyogre and Groudon are causing major destruction. The Sky Pillar is on the route to Pacifilog City. There will be an opening of rocks, and when you go in it, the Sky Pillar will be right there.

∙ 12y agoyou have to look on the map and you will see latios(ruby) or latias(sapphire)in eemerald idont know because i have sapphire so any ways once you entr a rt it wl tlprt to a new rt.(breathe) then you just randomly find it so good luck!

∙ 14y agoUse your mach bike to ride over the the cracked floors and once you reach the top catch Rayquaza. NOTICE: this can only be done once you have deleted the Elite 4. Good Luck
