Well, generally if you work for the company they will mail you a W-2 form to the address you supplied to them. If you moved and did not inform them of the new address and did not have your mail forwarded to your new address, you probably will not get this, but it is only their responsibility to put it in the mail. If you didn't get it for whatever reason, I would suggest that you contact them for a duplicate of the form and they will mail it to your correct address after you prove your identity.
