If you have their mafia name on screen or in your recent activities (lets say they've fought you, robbed you or put a hit on you) you can right click their name and then "copy link". If you paste this in an address bar it will navigate direct to their home page. Great if you want to give the link to higher level players to get some revenge for you.
As far as I know there's no way to search for a mafia name or URL if it isn't on your screen in any way.
