You cannot trade Pokemon Rangers Guardian Signs' star signs over to Pokemon HeartGold since those symbols are not compatible with other games they are only compatible with Pokemon Ranger Guardian Signs games itself however you can transfer a Manaphy Egg as well as a Legendary Pokemon called Heatran and two Mythical Pokemon that are called Shaymin and Deoxys, their Ranger Net missions must be completed before you can transfer them using the "Send a Pokemon" button that can be found in the Ranger Net menu at which point you can select the "Receive from a Friend" option in the Mystery Gift menu in HeartGold in order to transfer Deoxys, Heatran, Shaymin and/or a blue Pokemon Egg which was a Manaphy Egg.
