you can either use cheats on action replay or get a mystery gift. To do it with cheats buy action replay for ds and do the cheat but for the mystery gift its quite complicated. First go to jubilife TV station and go to the third floor a man there will ask you a question, answer 'everyone happy' then he will ask you another, answer 'wi-fi connection' and he will give you the mystery gift option in the main menu. Save then turn off your ds and go to the main menu of diamond/pearl click on the mystery gift option then on receive gift pick Nintendo wfc if you are at a Pokemon event to receive it or pick 'receive from a friend' to have a friend send it to you wirelessly.
