Yes take off its body the open the head. It's a bit tricky I found it difficult at first. The only reason why the bodies come off is so you can swamp their heads. Also I got a special one, it's the flower. In the second issue I got a special one with a Scuba diving mask on and in the third one I got a special one, it looked like a ghost !
