Have you served tea to Professor Layton and Luke yet? Professor layton Likes Tea No 1: Citrus Classic: Contains: Oasis Leaf, Brisk Berry Sweet and Citronia Seed Sour.
Luke Likes Tea No 2: Oasis Berry : Contains: Oasis Leaf, Brisk Berry Sweet x 2.
You would need to be in the area where you brew the tea, Layton and Luke will let you know when they are thirsty.
