Take a look at this page:
http://filext.com/file-extension/nds
It shows a whole list of possible programs which might be able to open your file.
The best opener for any NDS file is Adobe Reader.
A Nintendo DS ROM file.
your file name should be like this xxxxxxxxxx.??? change the ?s to NDS

Well, converting a BIN file to an NDS file is like painting a beautiful landscape - you just need the right tools and a gentle touch. You can use a program like DeSmuME to open the BIN file, then save it as an NDS file. Just remember to take your time, enjoy the process, and soon you'll have your NDS file ready to use. Happy converting, my friend!
The games are ROM files, the emulator is the virtual game system. If you have the NDS emulator, you need to acquire the ROM files you want to play as well... Normally, there is an option to open a file in the emulators menu. Select the ROM file you wish to play from the file browser and you should be able to play
Well, I don't know for sure but you can try to rename the file exstension from .nds to .gbaso the file will turn into a GBA file from a NDS file.:)
I think it may be because there is no such thing as Pokemon on the PC. If it is a ROM you have downloaded (.nds file) then there are very few programs that will open it. ROMS are illegal
Try cheats.gbatemp.net
You can usually just rename it and replace the 5 with a s
Either the nds file is corrupted or it isn't supported on the acekard. Most problems should go away if you redownload the file again. If it's a homebrew application check if there are separate versions for different chips, and that you are using the right one.
your roms don't work because you either have the wrong kernel or your roms aren't the same fromat as the r4. make sure you put the .nds file in the GAMES folder then you can play them. you don't have to downloads stuff to extract the filles. just open up the .rar fille then drag the .nds file into the GAMES folder.
You have a flash cart? You have to rename the save file to the name of your nds. file
