For opening most Panasonic cordless phones, you can find two screws under the battery plate which you can easily remove. After doing that, just split the phone down the crease. Once you have split the phone, you'll find three screws. Two at the bottom holding the contacts for charging in place, and one at the top. The board will come loose once you remove these screws. Peel the keypad off and clean away. If your phone is under warranty, it is highly reccomended that you take it to the place you purchased it to have this done as opening the device will void any existing warranties.
