Open the software used to mount the game, software, torrent, etc. and then in that window, mount your game so you will know when it is done, when it finishes it "should" open an installer automatically.
so if it doesn't automatically open an installer try mounting it to another imaginary drive
CD-R are read only. Double-click it to open it and copy them in to a new folder then eject the CD. Go to your Disk Utlitity and create a new one then double click on the disk image to open it then drag the contents of the folder in to the image window then eject the image.
The format .uif is for Magic ISO Universal Image Format. It can open DVD image files and convert bin to iso and back. The uif file is a compression image file format for backing up CD's or DVD's.

ISO files are typically image files from DVD's or CD's. There are a few free programs floating on the internet that you can use to open them, I personally use Daemon Tools Lite.
