Yes it is. Beemp3 is a search engine that indexes music files across the Internet. Beemp3 does not supply any music files itself. While Beemp3 is safe you have no way of knowing where files downloaded from a Beemp3 link are coming from and what they may contain so the files themselves may not be safe and may be being distributed illegally. (See links below)
Yes, the iPod will play .mp4 and .mp3. .mp4 files are iTunes songs as you originally downloaded them, and .mp3 files are either converted files that you converted in iTunes or files that you did not get through iTunes. The iPod supports a variety of audio formats: AAC, Protected AAC (from iTunes Store), HE-AAC, MP3, Audible, Apple Lossless, AIFF (as found on CDs), and WAV.
Utauloid or more known as UTAU is a is a Japanese singing synthesizer application created by Ameya/Ayame. This program is similar to the Vocaloid software, with the difference that it is freeware instead of being released under third party licensing. You can download UTAU application from it's main website. It was created by re-editing an existing singing voice, extracting tones as WAV files and reassembling them. UTAU has the ability to create a unique voice, so that one can be synthesized by introducing song lyrics and melody. As a default, UTAU features the computer synthesized voice Utane Uta (commonly known as Defoko), pre-loaded. Voices synthesized in the UTAU program are officially called "UTAU" as well but often colloquially known as "UTAUloids"
