you go to your pocket; its the suitcase icon. then you click the little envolope on the top right corner, then click it. when you click it your mail will show, but if you dont have mail nothing will show. when you have a mail that had a present it will show a present next to it, if so click that mail and it should say in the 3 choices, "remove present" then click it. soon the present will be moved to your inventory and out of your mail. when its in your inventory just click it and it will say open. and then you will get your present! :D
