Regices cave is at route 105 (north of dewford.) You have to click on the patterns on the wall then wait about 10 mins. The next cave (which is regirocks) is at route 111 (north of mauville city.) You have to go right down the bottom of the desert. For this one you click on the pattern on the wall then go right, right, down, down then use strength. Then the door will open. The last cave is regirocks cave. You have to route 120 which is in between fortree city and lilycove city. For this one you click on the pattern on the wall then go to the middle of the cave and use fly then the door will open.
