on island seven at the tinoby ruins. you have to use cut at the steel ruin cave and just go in and find the sapphire. you have to fall through holes so its just trial and error. when you find the Sapphire a rocket scientist will come and take it so you have to go back to island 5 and enter the rocket hideout with the second password (forgot to mention the rocket scientist gives it to u). then you go it beat every one and find the scientist. you'll get the sapphire while saving the Pokemon in the icefall cave (remember back after you got the hm waterfall and go up the waterfall in the icefall cave and talk to lorelei and beat the rocket grunts. when your done with them rocket hideout the elite four is back open for challenges again, but be carefull they're not the only ones who trained. they got new Pokemon and at new levels. especially Gary.(hint* watch out for his tyranitar, fighting Pokemon should do it though since it is a rock and dark type )
