I believe you have to catch all of the Pokemon in the game, then you get regice, regirock, and registeel and go to Hippowdon Temple. In one of the puzzle rooms should be a spiral thing in the ground and you go get to that. When you get there, you place regirock, regice, and registeel on these platforms and a door will open and you can go in and that is where regigigas is.

if you ddn't unlock the doors yet, you need a wailord,relicanth, dive, and dig. first put relicanth first and wailord last. go to the front of the room and there will be braille. next use dig. then walk in and click on the second braille and it will say: "it sounds like doors opened from far away" then you go to the desert and find regirock's tomb to the south and use flash. use flash after you click on the braille.then the door will break open and you can walk in. next you will see regirock. save before you battle and make sure you brought plenty of ultra balls if you used your master ball. also regirock, regice, and registeel are all lvl 40 and with the same attacks except registeel has metal claw, regirock has rock throw and regice has powder snow.Good Luck!
When is the next regiggas event?
There will most likely not be another Regigigas event, but you can capture your own Regigigas in Diamond, Pearl, or Platinum if you capture the three Regis (Regice, Regirock, Registeel) in Sapphire, Ruby, or Emerald, transfer them to a Gen IV game via Pal Park, then take them to the basement of the Snow Temple in Snowpoint City, interact with the statue, and capture it. You can find Regirock in the Desert Ruins on Route 111, if you have a Wailord and Relicanth in your party. To open up the area Regirock is, go to the back of the room, then take two steps to the right and two steps down, then use Strength. (In Emerald, though, it's two steps left instead of right and Rock Smash instead of Strength.) Regice is in the Island cave on Route 105. Again, you have to have Relicanth and Wailord to get into the first chamber. To open the area Regice is in, surf in a clock wise motion around the island. Registeel is in the Ancient Tomb on Route 120. Yet again, Relicanth and Wailord have to be in your party, and go into the center of the room and use Flash to open up the area where Registeel is.

In Pokémon Emerald you can find Regirock within a cave that appears in the desert area however the sealed entrance to Regirock's cave inside the cave will not open until you read the braille inscription and then you go two steps left and then two steps down and then use the Rock Smash HM and then you will be able to encounter a Level 40 Regirock, you can find Regice within a cave in Route 105 however the seal on the cave within the cave will not be broken until you have read the inscription and then do a clockwise lap of the cave while staying next to the walls at all times and once you have accomplished this then you will be able to encounter a Level 40 Regice and then you'll find Registeel inside a cave in Routte 120 at which point you will need to read the inscription and then you will need to go to the literal middle of the room and then you'll need to use the Flash HM and the seal will be broken and you will be able to encounter a Level40 Registeel.
