on my BMW 3 series da hood cable is stuck how do i open my hood
Burn it
When the hood is stuck you need to push down on the hood just above the "H", sometimes quite hard. Then the hood release will work and open the hood.
You can open a stuck hood by removing the hood latch. The hood latch can be access through the front grill. Remove the code latch retaining bolts. The hood should be free to open.
Do you even Own a Nissan Murano!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!? The Cap is magnetic Lock the doors and it locks, unlock the doors and the Magnet Relases (sorta) Just Push it to open it
open the glove box latch then you will see the filter
To open the hood on a PT Cruiser when it is stuck insert a screw driver into the grill to pry the latch loose. Once loose use pliers to open it.
Your not serious are you? If you open the drivers side door, that's the door that has the steering wheel on the other side of the window, and look where your emergency break is, the hood latch release lever is located on the panel bottom left side of the steering wheel, that's the round thing you use to steer the car, it's sort of underneath the dashboard. You pull that lever the hood will pop open, you then have to go to the front of the car, reach underneath the hood, on the right side there is another lever, you slide it to the right and the hood will open.
The hood on my girlfriend's Escort has issues with the hood release. I have always just stuck something in the hood release under the dash while I opened it via the lever under the hood.
Reach through the plastic grill and pull cable!!!!!!
At the back of the cylinder heads, one on each head. (open to suggestions)
If you stand facing the engine with the hood open. The alternator is located on the left side of the engine. It will be difficult to see from the top. But can be seen if you remove the plastic cover on the right front wheel well, or if you were to remove the plastic panel underneath the car.
