Go to Pacifidlog Town, go to the bottom and surf west. You will come to a spot surrounded by six rocks, dive down and follow the path. you end up at the end where there is braille written on the wall, dive up and you will go up into a cavern. In the this room, the braille aphabet is in orderfrom a-z. Anyway, to get into the next room you need to use dig at the top of this room, then the wall breaks free and you're in the second room.
