cerberus cup: clear halloweentown,agrabah and pride lands for the first time.
goddess of fate: clear previous cups and beat the first fight with xemnas
pain and panic: clear Disney castle for the first time
titan cup: clear Olympus coloseum for the second time
paradox cups
cerberus cup: must unlock pain and panic paradox and all forms at lvl 5 except final
hades cup: all cups unlocked and ALL forms and summons at lvl 7 and clear space paranoids for the second time
titan cup: summon level at lvl 5 and pain and panic paradox unlocked
pain and panic: clear all underdome cups

If you mean the world, heres how. You got to Traverse town, after you seal the keyhole in Wonderland. You go to the Gummi Ship menu. You then go to the next world. It will be the Coliseum. Then you talk to phil, who will show you what to do next.
