To your computer, your flash drive is just another drive. So, use your file browser to navigate to it, so that you know what drive letter it is. (e.g. E:, C:, etc...) Then use the ZSNES browser under GAME > LOAD to browse to the drive. (In ZSNES, the drives only show up as letters. That's why you need to know the letter of your drive.)

I think you mean ROM files, which are virtual images of the cartridges used by game systems. You can open them with a game system emulator, like the Sega emulator Fusion or the SNES emulator ZSNES. "MESS" is another console emulator.
