Um, if you're talking about 'ORICHALCUM' then you get them from the Bulky Vendor Heartless.
Bulky Vendors only appear after the 1000 heartless battle. Once then you'll be able to find them at certain locations such as the Checkpoint, The West Wing, The Cave of the Dead, and the Bazaar. These Heartless pop out rarely so don't excpect to see them so soon.
