I organize my coupons in a similar fashion. I use a three ring binder filled with plastic paper used to organize Baseball cards. I have mine divided into three sections; 1) Food, 2) Domestic Products, and 3)Misc. This system works well for me because I can just take my binder with me anytime I go shopping and I often find deals I did not expect.
