Sorry. You cant give anyone mulch on Bin Weevils. The only way to actually receive money from another user is to be a Tycoon. If your a Tycoon/Membership you have your own plaza. You can buy your own Photo Shoot. If another user buys a photo from your plaza, in your Photo Shoot and you go to the Cash Machine in Riggs Movie Mulitplex/Riggs Palladium, you will get the mulch they used to pay for their photo.
