apparently when you get the death machine you then get downed by a zombie then have a team mate revive you then you should have it and your other 2 weapons but i think this one only works on unpatched Xbox. i also saw another method where another team mate gets downed before you do but i didn't read into it and lastly i saw somewhere that when you get death machine you go to pack a punch room and pack a punch it but i haven't tested this myself and am not sure if it works
