Speeding up your metabolism, eat a high fiber diet, take a fiber addative such as metamucial( makes the matabolites cling to the fiber and send it out ) take vitamin b-12 ( helps add creatine to the body if you must dilute) ,drinking alot of water and natural diuretic is a plus.. but carefully a natural diuretic (cranberry juice) is going to flush things out quicker.And this may lead to what is called a "blank test" meaning all the creatine in your system has been washed out and you are basically just peeing water. Drink some creatine (you can get at any health food store or even Walmart) also...there is no simple answer to this question. There are several different factors which can affect whether or not you test positive : from test type (urine,haire,blood, saliva), substances, amount of consumption , detection period to your metabolism, height and weight.
