"Creepy" is an adjective. It is used to describe something that causes an unpleasant or unsettling feeling of fear or unease.
I don't know of an episode where all the gang becomes dogs, but there is an episode where Shaggy and Scooby swap minds ("Who's Scooby-Doo?", part of "The Scooby & Scrappy Doo Puppy Hour."
The only Christmas episodes in Scooby-Doo are "A Nutcracker Scoob" of "The New Scooby-Doo Mysteries" and "A Scooby-Doo Christmas" of "What's New Scooby-Doo?". In "A Nutcracker Scoob" Scooby does wear a Santa beard in a small part of the episode when he disguises as Santa. In "A Scooby-Doo Christmas" the snow resembles a Santa beard and hat on Scooby after a crach landing in the snow.

The creepy crawlies are the third ingredient on the list. Do not mistake them for the first. - The second EPIC should be left on Dundee's food dish after you feed her the Fried Oobla Doobla and save Sprockett and Hubbs. - The third EPIC should be spat out of the cauldron after you put in the fried Oobla Doobla, then the coconut, and then the creepy crawlies. The purple bananas should be put in after the EPIC is collected.
