I had the same question so i went into a Chase Bank and they told me that the only way that you can get those Leisure Reward points off of bill is if you go to their website and enroll in their auto payment options. Either that or you can go to their location and pay with your card if they accept it. For example, I pay for my gas/electric every month so I went to the websites Nicor/ComEd and signed up for autopay. Somehow Chase picks up on it being a autopay program and you get your points.. works pretty sweet when you rack up on the points rapidly fast.. ENJOY!
