You have to provide proof that you had insurance at the time and date of the ticket or pay the fine for not having coverage as required by law.
Is there a fine for a fix it ticket in California for no front license plate
You can pay the ticket or contract the California court and ask for a jury trial to fight the ticket. Which means going back to California for traffic court. The ticket will not go away so you need to act quickly! The easiest way is to pay it before the fines start.
In California, a cracked windshiled is a 'fix-it' ticket. Go to the nearest California Highway Patrol office to have the cracked windshield infraction signed-off.
No, you would still need to pay the ticket.
pay it
In the State of California where i am its a $500.00 Plus ticket.... its Cheaper to just Pay the Insurance.
A warrant will be issued for your arrest out of Colorado.
I would say the Court listed on the ticket that you received. I would even state that the phone number for such court is probably listed on the ticket itself.
OF CORSE! Anywhere you go, you have to follow the rules!
Very simple. When you go to Kansas and try to change your license, they'll tell you that your license is suspended and it won't be reinstated until you pay the ticket in California. What's bad is that if you get pull over and this ticket pops up on the cop's screen, you will be arrested.
If I am from Florida but got a speeding ticket in CA, can I go to Traffic School to remove the points from my insurance? I plan on paying the ticket.
