OK, what is the question?
A friend of mine just got one for $440
how much is a parking ticket for park in front of a fire hydrant in Philadelphia
Depends if Michigan & Indiana have a reciprocity agreement. If you had to post bond / post AAA card to the police officer at the time of the ticket, then there is not a reciprocity agreement, meaning they do not share driver information. Michigan & Ohio do NOT have such an agreement. You will have to post bond / post AAA card on the roadside in Ohio.
The average parking ticket in California ranges from 40 to 60 dollars depending the severity. If the parking violation is extreme, the vehicle may just be towed outright and placed into impound.
You mail in your payment.
5 years from the date of the ticket
OK, what is the question?
A parking lot is private property. Did the owner of the property file for charges?
Michigan does not have a statute of limitations on parking tickets. Once the ticket has been issued, it serves as notice.
If your car is parked on a public street and it has expired tags, you could get a citation. I'm not sure if it's technically a "parking ticket" or not.
In Michigan, once a ticket has been issued, you have had valid notice of the violation. The statute of limitations no longer applies.
I live in Bakersfield CA and my brother is going to CSUN. I believe a parking ticket costs the same as any other parking ticket in any other city. It wouldn't be surprising if it were $50 to $100. It just depends i guess.
There would not be one. The ticket serves as notification of the violation. There may be a time set in which the jurisdiction may collect check with the issuing city or town.
$120 in Sterling Heights, Michigan
There is no statute of limitations for a ticket that has been issued.
It is a legal obligation. Not resolving it can result in loosing the privilege to drive in that state.
