The reason you cannot sign into your icloud account is simple. You free time is over for this account.

It's not 'just the sky' ! The iCloud is a series of computers - these have to be paid for !!

No. If you have an ipod, iphone or an apple product, you can just update the software and press that you want icloud, for free.

The only way to "disable" the account on your device only is to go into Settings>iCloud and turn everything off. If you are willing to close your iCloud account permanently on all of your devices, scroll down on that same menu to find the big red "Delete Account" button. Good luck, and keep your head out of the clouds.

Yes, that is the wonderful thing about icloud you log in to your itunes account and it will transfer your apps and data to your other comp or itouch

If you have the Apple ID and password to the original iCloud storage account, yes. You will need to store the data in a backup on the original and, when you access your second account, you must restore said data from that same backup (which will require the Apple ID and password).

How do you fix an apple iPod 16gb when locked out of a icloud account?
There should be a button on itunes that says restore. If you click that it will restore all the original setting on your iPod. It will delete all apps but the apps should be saved on itunes on your computer. It will not delete songs.
