On MW2 when you get to level 70 you cant go up any more levels but you can prestige which is when you start the game again to get all of the titles and emblem's. The bad thing is that you lose all your weapons and killstreaks. The good thing is that there is the emblem next to your name and it is obvious that you are really good. To change to prestige once you are on level 70 you go to 'barracks' and go down to 'prestige', then select 'more info' and then when you decide you continue and prestige.

There are 50 levels, unlike MW2 there were 70. But in Black Ops theres 15 prestiges and in MW2 there was 10. BTW the levels go pretty fast. I myself am on pestige 7 without no hack or anything. And i rarely play.
