Possible. IF the felony was for violation of a state law. You will need an attorney, and petition for a pardon, with restoration of gun rights.
File a petition (lawsuit) in the appropriate court to have parental rights restored.
Absolutely not. If its a federal felony no state can give them back. If its a Montana felony they will have to ask the court and there is a good chance their request will be turned down.
Depends on why you signed them away. If it was for temporary treatment you can but not if the child was adopted. When it comes to foster care. the court would have to be convinced the situation has changed and that you wont do it again.
You need to go to an attorney and/or the court and have your felony expunged from your record. This costs a fee and is ultimately a judge's decision.
I'm not sure if a felon actually loses hunting rights.?? Gun ownership rights yes, but I think a felon can still hunt, archery, etc. Other than that you would have one choice.....lawyer, and petition the court to reinstate rights. This may be a possibility depending upon the nature of the felony. It has been done before. Not likely, but possible in some cases.
No
Hire a lawyer to file a petition.
It has been over 15 years since my felony dwi. How do I get my rights back?
You paying for everything is how it should be, giving up parental rights does not mean you don't pay child support. If you want the rights back you have to go to court. It's very rare they give it back after a parent signed them away willingly though. They might not be sure you wont do it again.Another PerspectiveIf you consented to a petition for temporary guardianship with your mother as guardian you can return to that court and with your mother's consent terminate the guardianship. The petition for termination will be reviewed by the court and the court will investigate further if the judge wants to know more about the situation. If your mother does not want to consent you can still petition for a termination of the guardianship and the court will schedule a hearing and investigate further if necessary. If your mother doesn't want to relinquish her guardianship you should consult with an attorney who can review the situation and explain your options.

You have to apply to get it back thru the clemency website of your state. Honestly i dont think they give it back to federal felons but i could be wrong so give it a shot. But i seriously doubt it tho. Reason why is because the worse the felony is then the less likely you can get any of your rights back and with federal felony being the worse before the worse then id doubt that they would give you your rights back. Good luck tho
