when you start megatron will fly around in jet form twice and shoot missiles at you the third time he will transform and land so what you have to do is this:
1. after megatron has flown around the second time go and grab a tree
2. one megatron starts transforming throw the tree at him
3. he will be knocked out but not for very long so you better hurry if you want to pick him up
you might not get it the first try but eventually you'll be able to pick him up

Keep getting behind Megatron and punch him in the back as much as you can before Optimus is detroyed by the drones. Once Megatron drops the Allspark pick it up and smack Megatron with it. Watch the cutscene. Now fight Megatron with Optimus until he dies. There are 4 decepticons you can kill for health. Megatron will occasionally destroy a tree or so and if you are lucky you can get that health. Once he dies you will watch the last cutscene. Good luck!
