You can go to their website and get a hospital form. http://store.americangirl.com/static/dollHospital/images/doll_hospital_usa.pdf Then you print it, next you fill it out. There is an option to pierce your dolls ears. On one side of the paper there is their address. Attach that to front of the box that you want to send your doll in, the rest of the form goes inside. Be sure to send your doll "naked" and she will come back with a hospital gown. Send her out and she will arrive back to your house within 2-4 weeks. Or if you live close to an AG store then you can pierce her ears at the doll hospital.

nope...they are thinner than American Girl Dolls. Really you could say...american girl clothes would fit...but be really baggy, but BFC clothes could not fit AG dolls. I only know this because we own both types of dolls ;-) I actually think the eyes of BFC dolls are stunning!
