Don't try piercing yourself at home. I personally know it's tough to wait when your parent/guardian won't let you. I remember when I was a teenager, seeing girls piercing their own belly buttons in the mall and while I knew it was foolish, I was jealous. Now that I'm in my 20's and have had several piercings, I know the benefit to waiting until you're old enough to get professionally pierced.
yes
They pierce your navel in a controlled enviroment, in the hands of a professional body piercer working in a licensed and inspected facility.
Couple of weeks should be fine.
there's only one place to pierce your bellybutton.
This doesn't make any sense.
No. To try that is certain to result in a lot of pain, strong chance of injury and infection. No.
yes
They will pierce with a hollow needle and hold the mark with a clamp. The procedure is very straight forward.
It depends on your age and where you get it done.
Everyone is born without one. When you were born the umbilical cord was where your bellybutton is today. Without it you would not have been able to grow inside your mother. When you came out it was cut and then it shriveled up and fell off. There was a scar and that is your bellybutton. You can not be born without one. If there was something wrong with it afterwards it could be removed and nothing would happen. After birth we have no need for it.
absolutely!! It is dangerous to pierce anything yourself. ( oh and it's I then e not e then I ) please, go get it done perfessionaly, it will be better I believe.
Only horribly uneducated people would pierce anything let alone a bellybutton with a piercing gun. Go to a piercer. They will pierce it with a sterile needle. DO NOT try to do it yourself. You will most likely end up with an infection and possibly a huge scar.
