generally pregnancy does not interfere with piercings. if your pregnant and you have your belly button pierced, put a zip tie or long bar in it so the piercing will not tear. its likely that if your tongue is infected that it is not pregnancy related. try getting a long bar, and see if that helps.

So if you ignore your piercing, fail to keep it clean and fail to follow your written aftercare instructions, yes you will wind up with and infection. But you will never wind up with an infection from a professionally performed body piercing.

you could but it would really really hurt and it most definitely would get infected as you can not sterilize a drawing pin without a lab full of chemicals.
