You go the place were you got the map and put the jewels in order using the hints.
You must recover the five colored JEWELS and return to the Museum. Place the JEWELS into the totem in this order (top to bottom) : purple, green, red, white, blue.

The jewels go back into the Nabooti Totem at the Museum. From the top the order is : Purple Green Red White Blue (the Yellow and Orange are there already)
From my research, I have discovered that the jewels, normally rubies, were in place by the time of the American Revolution. I saw stated they were made in the early 20th century, 1900's.

Your first stops should include Blue Nile Falls, Mountains of the Moon, and the Kaya Forests, as these will all help you obtain three of the jewels and other useful items. The remaining jewels are at the Diamond Mine and Giza.
