∙ 11y agoHonestly! In a job interview, it is always best to be honest - if your goals do not include working for that company, however, you may need to leave that part out. You could just give general ideas, like "I'd like to be working in a management position," or "I'd like to keep working in retail."
the proper line to use is..."i see my self working for this company at some management level if posible"...
i was a manager and i remember once i was doing some follow-up interview and when ii asked this question to one of my employees he said "in 5 years i see my self seeting on that chair" pointing to my chair hahaha i fired him short after, years later he was my was friend and got really mad when we were having fun with other friends and i tell them about the interview we had a few years ago hahaha his face was priceless when i told him "remember, the next time someone ask you that question you should never use that answer 'cause that may cost you your job AGAIN" hahaha he was really mad
