First you turn on the power with the action replay IN. Then, you selact the game, hit a on it, and select the codes you want(no limit). Then you take the action replay out and insert the game. On the lower screen, it should say "Start". Touch that and the game will start with the codes selected.
Well... you can and you can't. You can't run REAL ds games like pkmn pearl or Mario Kart ds, but you can run ds homebrew games and emulators from various sites. But to load homebrew ds games you need to get a micro sd card and micro sd reader for your PC. Once you have the micro sd in the PC, drag the homebrew nds file to the root of the micro sd. Once it is done copying, put the micro sd into the micro sd slot of the action replay, and boot action replay on the ds. Go to the files section and select the homebrew nds game you want to play!

no because the action replay ultimate cheat is only for NDS so i carnt Evan use the Pokemon i catch on the NDS with the action replay i carnt trade them to the Wii then after i catch them on the NDS ?
